Richard L. Leshin () is a Robstown native who is a Partner in the firm. Over the past 35 years, Mr. Leshin has devoted himself full time to the firm's Estate Planning section.

His practice areas include estate tax planning, probate and trust law, and representation of non-profit organizations.

Mr. Leshin is married to Pamela Roots Leshin. They have two children.
