Mr. Welder‘s practice is concentrated in corporate, partnership, limited liability company, and financing matters.  He has extensive experience in representing buyers and sellers of businesses engaged in a variety of industries.

He has served as general counsel for numerous businesses and is Co-General Counsel for the Port of Corpus Christi Authority.
