Leo James Welder, Jr. is a founding partner of Welder Leshin LLP.
His practice is solely focused on Maritime and Government Law. He serves as general counsel for the Port of Corpus Christi and oversees all legal matters related to the Port’s operation and compliance.
Previously, for several decades, Jimmy practiced law focused on corporate matters and served as general counsel for numerous businesses.
